Steve Wynn Casino In Boston

EVERETT – Some 4,000 jobs would be created to build the casino that Las Vegas developer Steve Wynn is proposing for this city, a plan that includes a 19-story hotel with 550 guest suites, some. Wynn quit Wynn Resorts, the casino empire he had built himself, in February 2018 after a bombshell investigation by the Wall Street Journal published the previous month revealed a decades-long pattern of alleged sexual misconduct by the businessman. The company recently announced a rebranding of the casino name, deciding to call the property Encore Boston Harbor instead of by its former title, Wynn Boston Harbor. Now the company can disassociate from Steve Wynn even further with the removal of his name from the Everett project gaming license. Encore Boston Harbor (previously referred to as Wynn Everett and Wynn Boston Harbor) is a luxury resort and casino located in Everett, Massachusetts, and owned by Wynn Resorts. The resort is in a commercial-industrial area on the Mystic River, about 5 miles (8.0 km) from downtown Boston.
